Shane has been selling real estate in the West Central Mountains since 2001 and has become one of the top agents in sales transaction volume from Meadows Valley to Cascade and everywhere in between.
Shane teamed up with Nicole Youkstetter in 2016 to lead the local ReMAX brokerage. In 2023, the pair struck out on their own to establish Mountain Resort Realty. Along with his partner and dedicated team of realtors, Shane uses his love of the area’s recreational amenities and knowledge about each individual community and neighborhood to match his clients with the properties that best fit their needs and help them create the mountain life they’ve dreamed of. Shane’s background as a small business owner also makes him an adept advisor when it comes to commercial real estate sales and purchasing.
Prior to becoming active in the Real Estate world, Shane co-founded and eventually sold a thriving power sports business. Shane is an outdoor enthusiast who works hard to carve out time to fish, hunt, hike, ski, and snowmobile. Shane gives back to the community by getting involved in causes close to his heart. Shane is a long-time Board Member of the McCall Area Chamber of Commerce and also serves on the board of Rise Up 2 Thrive, a local organization that provides support and services to survivors of domestic violence. Shane lives in McCall with his wife, Becky, and their two highly entertaining dogs.
