With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Nicole Youkstetter brings seasoned guidance, honest communication, and a personal approach to every transaction. As Co-Broker/Owner of Mountain Resort Realty, she combines her industry expertise with nearly 20 years of living, raising a family, and practicing real estate in McCall.
Nicole specializes in McCall and the surrounding mountain communities, representing everything from lakefront and luxury properties to vacation cabins, second homes, recreational land, and year-round residences. She helps buyers look beyond the photographs to understand location, access, property condition, seasonal maintenance, rental considerations, and long-term value.
Growing up around her parents’ rental properties – and helping with maintenance and remodeling – gave Nicole a practical eye for construction, design, and hidden potential. Today, she uses that experience to help buyers make informed decisions and sellers prepare, price, and position their properties effectively.

Outside of real estate, Nicole enjoys paddleboarding, snowboarding, boating, camping, and time under the stars with family and friends. She also supports local organizations, including the Payette Lakes Progressive Club, McCall Rotary, Rise up to Thrive, and the Little Ski Hill.
